O’Berries Terms and Conditions is a contract between us and our customers. We make information and services available to you, our customers, and you as the customer must follow.

Common items in our terms and conditions agreement go as followed:

• Cancelling the day of your order will result in our NO refund policy.    
• We honor our customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website down time 
• O’Berries is a patent and  copyright business. We have the right to sue for any attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc. of our berries. 
• O’Berries WILL NOT TOLERATE forbidding unlawful behaviors, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
